I have both the sunflower and pumpkin seeds by Go Raw. They are SO YUMMY! But watch out, they're high calorie, so don't eat too many! (or risk getting fat! ;-) As for taste, they're both quiet tasty, but the pumpkin seeds are especially good. Plus, they're sprouted, so they're EXTRA good for you!
