Awesome
From Morgan Marsh of Atlanta, Georgia on .
Love this stuff! My favorite is actually the shells variety, but this is an easy second. I've figured out that I have to cook it longer than the other varieties to get a nice soft texture – and don't forget to rinse it well – and I add extra Earth Balance and extra water to make it thick and creamy.
Of course, it tastes nothing like "real" mac and cheese, but seriously, did anyone actually expect it to? Does a veggie burger taste anything like a greasy hamburger? Would you really want it to?
This is great stuff, and the brand is by far the best of any mac & cheese I've ever tried. Definitely give all the varieties a try.
Gag!

Pretty Good

It doesn't actually taste like mac and cheese but it still tastes pretty good.
Great!

My dairy-allergic three year old loved this and he thought the numbers pasta was cool too. I used regular soy milk -- a bit more than recommended in the directions and it came out great. The pasta pieces are so small that they cook very quickly so be careful not to overcook.
Worth repeating.

Kind of tastes sweet like the tomatoes but the small noodles makes it fun! It makes a lot too.
