By this book right now no need to wait we Vegans need to stop let these companies take us for a ride by putting Animal By Products in our food and think they can get away with it. If we stick together and fight back and let them know they pull the wool over ours any longer then we be sure that are food is 100% Vegan and not something just labled Vegan to make money off of us.

The book help me out in the Super Markets where I shop Some things that say Vegan on the lable have hidden Animal By Products in them. If you get this book and use and see something that is labled Vegan and has Animal By Products in them please let the companies know that you are banning that product and placed that product in the news papers as being bad for us vegans and that you made sure that the company is seen in a bad light. Tell them that you are an editor of your local news paper chain or that you are food inspector. Let them know that you have informed the FDA about this product being falsely advertised and the Vegan community are outraged by it. The companies don't like bad press of any kind when their company is a big brand named one. If more of us Vegans got these books and start using them and find the products that say Vegan on the lable and have Animal By Products in them and start banning together against these companies and putting them check the companies might to better by us Vegans. They may start to treat us as human beings for once.It very important to get this book out and placed in the hand of every Vegan know to man. So the companies can stop taking advantage of us Vegans.

DO NOT SIT ON YOUR BUT GET THIS BOOK RIGHT AWAY DO NOT DELAY. THIS BOOK IS A MUST HAVE TO GET YOU HEALTHY AND TO YOU FROM FALLING FOR THE TRICKS THAT ALL COMPANIES ARE TRYING PLAY ON ALL OF VEGANS. VEGANS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THE THIS AND ARM THEMSELVES. THIS BOOK CAN HELP US IN THE FOOD STORES. I WISH IT COULD HELP IN RESTURANTS THAT SAY THEY HAVE VEGAN FOODS ON THERE MENU. I TRY TO EAT AT RESTURANTS THAT ARE ALL VEGAN IF POSSIABLE. IN RESTURANTS THAT HAVE VEGAN ITEMS ON THE MENU THEY SOMETIMES HAVE MEATS AND DIARY ON THERE MENUE BECAUSE THEY ARE VEGETARIAN AND NOT FULLY VEGAN. NONE THE LESS WE NEED THIS BOOK TO HELP IN THE SHOPPING MALLS ME SHOP. WOMEN SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS THE MAKEUP SHE IS BUYING AND THE MAKING OF JEWERLY SHE IS WARING ECT. What a great book it really is a help for vegans when they go to the food stores to shop. Most of the foods stores in my area are not completely vegan. (I go when I need something really quick because it is around the corner from my house.) This book comes in handy for times like that. I normaly shop at Whole Foods my local store where I can get some vegan foods. I use this website to order from only when Whole Foods is out of something or they don't sell the product at all. I can get food here as well. The book Animal Ingredients from A to Z is a great resource to different names companies try to use on the average consumer; who dosen't know any better. This book lets me if animal products are in the hygine products I use ect. It is a really great thing to for all people even if you are not a vegan. If you are not a vegan it would because you have an reaction some product that might be from animal and don't even know it. I urge all people to get this book and use it to better there lives.
