I love, love, love this soup. The broth is savory, the noodles (remember to briefly rinse them in warm water) are yummy, and the vegetables in the mix rehydrate very nicely. The only thing I don't like are the little red peppers, but it's fairly easy to pick most of them out
I have this soup whenever I'm not feeling well, and I usually feel better when I'm done.

This is my favorite instant soup. It's difficult to mess up. The only time I prepared this and it came out bad was when I overcooked the noodles. Anyway, these are really good.

I saw this soup at the grocery store and tried it. the broth was realy good compared to most vegan soups but the noddles tasted like wax. I think next time im just gonna eat the soup.

I've ordered plenty of these on 2 different orders and I love this soup. The noodles are so amazing and I add my own tofu and other stuff to make a really filling meal out of it. I highly recommend this soup. Yum!
