definitely one of the best bouillons we’ve tasted. Made with all
natural ingredients, these vegan bouillon powders are animal-free,
do not contain any added MSG, and are also gluten-free as well as
Kosher. Make incredible soups and stocks with this powder, but
that’s not all it’s good for – you can also sprinkle it on veggies,
season your stir-frys, use as a BBQ seasoning or rub for meat
alternatives, or use it as a salt replacement that’s full of zip!
Better Bouillon is available in 3 flavors – Beef Style, Chicken
Style, and Vegetable. 4.2 oz. containers have (80) 1/2 cup

Used this when we lived in Australia and am thrilled to be able to get it here. Don't feel guilty using it instead of homemade stock because it is good.
Essential for the vegetarian kitchen

So happy to see this in the US. A group of vegetarians have been getting a shipment brought in from Australia for years. At first I only used the chicken-style but now I can't live without the beef-style stock - delicious in black-eyed peas or in vegan au jus for tempeh french dip sandwiches.

So glad to discover you have these! I can now cease the stock cube trafficking I'd established with my friends and family in Australia. No visitor was accepted without bearing Massel. Our food would suffer greatly without it and we have not been willing to let this happen. This is such a relief for everyone!
A truly vegan essential

This is an essential product for every vegan's pantry. It's a great addition to so many meals. It's also a terrific lower fat alternative to oil and butter. The chicken style makes a quick and tasty faux-chicken noodle soup (just break some linguine pasta into short lengths and cook in the broth--I usually add some corn and carrots as well). It gives a robust flavor to mashed potatoes, rice and pasta.
