Not that great

For their price they are not that amazing. Homemade truffles are much better.
Best chocolates ever!

These are the best treats I've ever had. I don't love the ginger ones but the others, sooo good!
From Noelle Bowman of Ann Arbor, Michigan on 12/15/2008.
Am eating a hazelnut crunch truffle as I type and it is simply amazing. I am drinking it with hot tea and the chocolate just melts in my mouth. Highly recommended! And, please share with non-vegan friends to shed light on this vegan decadence!
From Hayley Greenberg of Levittown, New York on 12/11/2008.
Thes are very good truffles but they're very overpriced. If they were reasonably priced they'd get 5 stars. The Whole Foods truffles taste good too and are much cheaper. These do taste better but not a ton better. All in all if you love truffles and want a special treat get them and splurge, but if you want to save some money get cheaper truffles which are available and taste good too.

What a decadent treat!
From Kat of London, England on 3/4/2008.
These are freaking wonderful, and I'm glad I can get them locally. To the other reviewer who feels they're overpriced--you're paying for something to be shipped over from the UK at a time when the dollar is really low to the pound. Booja Booja certainly isn't cheap here, but I wouldn't call them expensive either. As for the truffles, they rock! I've tried the hazelnut, the champagne, and one other I can't remember...maybe midnight espresso? One note--these are European style truffles, not the more candy-like American style ones. I like both styles, but some people don't. And if you ever go to the UK, you have to try the Booja Booja ice cream!

I love these truffles. My English aunt sent them to me when I first went vegan, and have never been able to find them in the states. And here they are! I had the cognac flambéd banana, and I like that these can be refrigerated if need be (some truffles get really hard in the fridge). I just so happened to also get another box of these (variety!) from the same aunt for Christmas... the ginger wine isn't too gingery, and the hazelnut crunch is great if you like hazelnuts. I wish they had the Almost Midnight Espresso on here; they're the best!
There is hope after all...
From Anonymous of Merced, California on 3/2/2007.
I first had these the first year I was vegan; I had sort of assumed, a bit to my dismay, I would no longer be able to eat the truffles and chocolates my English aunt sent us for the holidays. Having heard about my veganism, she found these and sent them to us instead... I was so happy I was not limited to 90%-dark chocolate bars. Of course, there have been other vegan truffles in my life since, but I'm so happy now we can get these in the US. The boxes even come with a little adage by "Booja Booja," whoever that may be...Oh, and they're good.

I got the Hazelnut Crunch. I am speechless. If you are a chocolate-lover you simply MUST try these truffles.
Used to have to fly to London for these!

So glad they're available here now. I brought them back from a trip to the UK a few years ago and immediately became addicted.Chocolate truffle perfection - especially the banana flavour!
