This is a great, great item to have on hand when you're short on time for dinner. I dipped these cuts in some ener-g egg replacer and them dredged them in some italian bread crumbs. I pan fried them in a bit of EVOO and YUMMMY!! Serve with mashed potatoes and vegan gravy and you have something my mama would serve! Talk about stick to your ribs! I absolutely love the texture and flavor- puts you in mind of a tender pork chop. I will definitely be buying these again once available!

So, good, bread with good quality bread crumbs, and herbs and spices, brown in olive oil and these are amazingly delicious! WOW!

seriously. i don't understand why people say this stuff is so good. I was really looking forward to it, but it smells like old people and has no flavor.

I use the hostess cuts for stir fries, philly sandwiches, serve them with mashed potatoes and gravy, and much more. It's a quick alternative to making your own seitan. Definitely a staple food at my house!
