Shipping Policy

1. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from
the time they are received (exceptions are weekends and holidays.)
If an order will be delayed by more than 3 working days we will
notify you via phone or email.
2. Orders inside the continental USA are
automatically shipped via UPS. Average delivery time is 2-5 days
inside the USA, depending on how close you are to Wisconsin.
Regarding UPS 2nd Day Air orders: If an item is
out of stock we will call or write to notify you immediately of
this situation. If you have ordered multiple products and some are
on backorder, we will ship what is in stock via 2nd Day Air and
send the remaining items via UPS Ground when they are in stock
again (we cover the cost of the second shipment.) If your order is
more than 5 lbs additional shipping charges may apply beyond the
standard rates.
3. We can ship via US Postal Service inside the
USA by special request, but our standard shipping rates do not
apply. We will charge you the exact cost of shipping via Priority
Mail or 1st Class Mail, whichever is most cost-effective. If you
request for an order to be sent via USPS instead of UPS, please
note that we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or
damaged before it reaches you. All orders to PO Box addresses or
shipments requested to be sent by USPS Mail are done so at your
risk, so please use UPS shipping whenever possible. If you want to
insure your package, please let us know at the time of your order.
Additional charges will apply.
4. All orders outside the continental USA are
mailed via USPS Air Mail. As noted in our FAQ section (see upper
right), shipping charges will be determined by final order weight
and applied once the order is ready to ship. Customer assumes all
shipping costs for order (exact ship cost plus US $1.00 for
international credit card processing fees) and this will be shown
when your order ship confirmation is sent out. All orders will have
shipping added to them with no exceptions. Average delivery time is
between 6-12 business days. Please note that all orders being
shipped outside the USA are ordered at your own risk as we do not
have tracking or insurance available for shipping outside the USA,
and once it is sent we cannot track it or replace any orders that
are lost or damaged. It is extremely rare that a package is lost
when shipped internationally (they are usually returned to us due
to customs or delivery issues), however, this is still a risk and
by ordering outside the USA, you accept this risk as we cannot
replace any missing orders, nor can we refund you for orders that
do not arrive.
5. For APO and Alaska/Hawaii orders, we ship via
USPS Air Mail. Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of
the order- we charge what the Post Office charges us. When you
complete your order, you will see a ship total of $0.00 - this does
not mean that the shipping charges are free, but that we will
determine the actual costs and apply them to your order once it is
packed and weighed. If you need to know your ship costs before the
order is sent, please note this in the messages/comments area of
the order form. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped as they are
received without notification for approval.
6. Orders being sent outside the USA may be
subject to import duties - this is determined by your country's
postal service. Orders refused due to customs charges will be
credited for the product costs, but not the original shipping fees.
Several countries have restrictions on importing specific vitamins
and supplements - we cannot know the details for all countries, so
we ask that you check with the proper sources at your
customs/imports office before placing an order. We cannot be held
responsible for shipments that are rejected and returned to us.
7. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so
immediately. If you cancel after your order has shipped, you are
responsible for the original shipping charges. International orders
that are shipped before cancellation will not be refunded until the
order is returned to us with all items intact, and original ship
costs will not be refunded on orders sent outside the USA as
well.
8. We STRONGLY recommend viewing your confirmation
email that is sent once you place your order, so that you may
verify your shipping address and item selection details. If you do
not supply the correct address at the time of ordering and we ship
the order before you have contacted us with a correction, there
will be a US $10 charge to have the order re-routed to your correct
address (this is what UPS charges us to have a package delivery
address changed, and we cannot abosrb that cost.) If you are
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any country other than the USA, we
unfortunately have no way to stop the order once it has been sent,
and we are at the mercy of the postal service to eventually get the
shipment routed back to us. This can take a few weeks (packages
inside the USA) or months (packages sent outside the USA), and the
time for it to be returned is something we cannot control
[providing that it is not lost in the process of being returned or
left at the address you supplied and taken in by the new tenants].
This is why we urge you to verify your address in the confirmation
email - if you have a package sent to an address that you did not
intend, we are not responsible for costs to have it re-routed (when
possible), and for orders outside the continental USA, we cannot
replace or refund you for this order until the items are returned
to us. If it is returned to us, we can either refund you for any
items that we are able to restock and re-sell, or, if you would
like to pay the shipping cost again we can re-send the order to you
at the correct address.

We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on most items (please
see exceptions below.) Simply mail the products you would like to
return back to us with a note explaining the reason for return. We
will refund your money via charge or Paypal, depending on how you
paid for your order. You are responsible for the shipping charges
to ship back to us. If you would like to exchange an item, please
send it back to us with a note detailing what you would like to
exchange the product for. Your first exchange will be sent free of
charge for the first replacement (inside the USA only - customers
outside the USA will be responsible for the cost of shipping on all
exchanges), and any subsequent returns or exchanges will be paid
for at the customer's expense. If you exchange an item for one of
higher value, we will use your credit card on file and apply an
additional charges. Please note that original shipping charges are
not refunded when full orders are returned.
Please note products that have special circumstances for
returns:
-Shoes must be sent back in new, resellable condition and in their
original box. If shoes are not returned in proper condition, credit
or exchange cannot be given, and shoes will be sent back to you.
Reasons shoes will be returned are- marks, scratches, wear on
uppers or soles, dirt in soles or excessive animal hair. We suggest
trying your shoes on indoors, preferably on carpeting, to reduce
any scuffing or noticeable wear.
- Vitamins, Supplements, Body Care, Personal Care, Facial Care and
Cosmetics are not returnable, unless you are sent the incorrect
item by our error, which must be confirmed by our checking your
original order details to show that a mistake was made. In this
case where we have made a shipping error, we will send you a
postage-paid return label for the incorrect item to be returned to
us and we will then send the correct product as well. If you
received exactly what was submitted for the order placed with us,
we cannot replace or return items that were not sent in error.
- Food items (both for humans and animals) cannot be returned due
to their sensitive nature, unless you are sent an expired or
incorrect item. If this is the case, we will send you a
postage-paid return label for the mis-sent item to be returned to
us and we will then send the correct product. We are happy to offer
recommendations and opinions on specific food items, so please feel
free to contact us for more information before you purchase!
- Clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc.) cannot be sent back
if they have been washed, cleaned, or have visible wear. If there
is a variance, items will be sent back to you and no credit will be
issued.
-Sale and clearance items that clearly indicate "no returns" are
not eligible for refunds or store credits. Items that are sent back
to us beyond the 30 day period and have since been discontinued are
not eligible for return or store credit.
-Custom or special orders are not eligible for credit or exchange.

An economical option for orders containing 1
to 8 perishable items(depending on items ordered) and are within a
2 day ship time from Wisconsin (see below for state listings.) We
recommend 2nd Day Air shipping with this option if you are outside
of those areas. Includes a Cool Shield bag and cold packing.

and for increased cold retention, please choose the Cold Shipper
Box. Cold shipper bags and boxes are NOT discountable with any
coupon codes or other discount offers to reduce the normal
price.
**IMPORTANT** - Read
below for full details on shipping perishable items!
1. Orders containing Cold Shippers will only ship
Monday through Wednesday (if it can not arrive in the same week) to
avoid them sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend.
2. We recommend choosing 2nd Day Air shipping
unless you live within a 2 day ship time from Wisconsin. The
following states can ship via UPS Ground: WI, IL, MN, IN, MI, IA,
MO, OH, KY, TN, WV, NE, KS (eastern half of state), GA (northern
half of state), ND (eastern half of state), PA (western half of
state), New York (western half of state). All other areas do not
have a 2-day UPS Ground shipping range from our warehouse, and we
cannot replace the items if they do not arrive in usable
condition.
3. We only suggest shipping to a PO Box if you are
within a 2 day shipping time from Wisconsin (see state listings
above.) Please check your PO Box daily, as we will not replace
items that have been left at the Post Office after
delivery.
4. We strongly recommend choosing 2nd Day Air
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii (please request this in the
“Messages/Comments” section in the shopping cart- it is not a
standard option when checking out.) We cannot guarantee shipments
that ship via Priority Mail even with the purchase of a Cold
Shipper Box.
5. We cannot guarantee shipments outside of the US
even with the purchase of a Cold Shipper Box. Order at your own
risk.
