TERRIBLE!!!
From Anonymous of Jackson, Mississippi on .
I have seen all the good reviews for this product and I am honestly wondering what's wrong with peoples taste buds. This stuff is NASTY!!! It stinks, it tastes bad, and the texture is disgusting. I have given this stuff a try on two separate occasions and couldn't even eat it. Threw it away both times. I'll stick to making my own cheese sauce which is a million times better. This product may be quicker, but the horrible taste isn't worth the time it saves.
comfort food is back :)
From Anonymous of Atlanta, Missouri on .
For most of my 24 years mac and cheese has been a major comfort food for me. So when I stopped eating dairy a few months ago I was really having a hard time. Then I found Chreese cheddar sauce mix, and got my comfort food back :) The garlic and onion powder in the mix are a bit strong smelling, but the taste is worth it. Now I can make mac and "cheese" without cheating. I've also used this sauce on broccoli and baked potatoes and found it to be equally delicious.
Mac and ChReese is the best

This stuff makes the best and easiest vegan mac and cheese. The Alfredo and mozzarella is pretty good too but I prefer the cheddar flavor.
Scalloped potatoes and nachos
From Anonymous of Ypsilanti, Michigan on .
I am the only vegetarian in my family and at a recent family function I made some scalloped potatoes. I added some onions, soy milk, pepper and a little salt to the chreese and it tasted so close that I waited until after everyone had eaten and asked them how they liked it. They all loved it, that's when I told them it didn't have any "real" cheese in it. You should have seen their faces!!!!! Makes great nacho sauce just add olive oil to keep the consistency. It is a little garlicky but I love this stuff!!!!
Chreese = Amazing / Alfredo = horrid
From Vegangsta! of San Antonio, Texas on .
So I'm gonna give this 4 stars since I ALWAYS use their (bulk) chedder chreese mix for everything. It's amazing.
I just recently tried the alfredo mix. It looked gross. It was green, it smelled weird and it didn't have much taste to it. I had to add some chedder chreese powder to it to make it taste decent. Not a good alternative for alfredo sauce though. Alfredo sauce = 1 star.
