Not "White Chocolate"
From Anonymous of Saint Louis, Missouri on 11/7/2013.
If you enjoy these, fine, but please do not call them White Chocolate or "White Chocolate". There is no way in the world this stuff tastes like white chocolate without cocoa butter. That is a fact, not an opinion. If you believe these taste like real white chocolate then you have not had real white chocolate. If imitation gratifies you, more power to you, but I will not lower my standards by lying to myself or to others.
Not really chocolate
From Anonymous of Denver, Colorado on 6/4/2013.
I was hoping to find real white chocolate chips, but these are more like waxy sweet vanilla baking chips. They do not contain chocolate and the texture is waxy. I'm still looking for real white chocolate chips.

These "white chocolate" chips are a god send for those of us that are allergic to dairy and the cocoa bean. As for taste they are great, just enough to stay of that sweet tooth and still make you feel like you're cheating on your diet.I buy them in quantity and freeze them for later use. They are hard to find - thanks goodness for Lieber's.
Does the job
From liz ranalli of palm beach gardens, Florida on 3/15/2013.
I don't really remember what cow's dairy white chocolate tastes like but I thought these where pretty good. On their own, the texture is a little on the waxy side but I used them in cupcakes and they tasted great. I also used in hot chocolate and they melted just fine for me blended nicely with the dark chocolate I mixed it with.
