These "white chocolate" chips are a god send for those of us that are allergic to dairy and the cocoa bean. As for taste they are great, just enough to stay of that sweet tooth and still make you feel like you're cheating on your diet.
I buy them in quantity and freeze them for later use. They are hard to find - thanks goodness for Lieber's.

I don't really remember what cow's dairy white chocolate tastes like but I thought these where pretty good. On their own, the texture is a little on the waxy side but I used them in cupcakes and they tasted great. I also used in hot chocolate and they melted just fine for me blended nicely with the dark chocolate I mixed it with.

I can't put into words what this tastes like other than "yuk" Go the extra mile and buy food grade cocoa butter and make your own white chocolate.
