Evolution offers the best way to help change your dogs over
to a vegan diet so that your companions can live cruelty-free, too!
These moist canned dog foods by Evolution are designed to meet the
nutritional levels established by the AAFCO dog food nutrient
profiles for all life stages. Carefully formulated to meet the
nutritional needs of all your companion animals’ life stages, like
all Evolution Diet foods, this moist food includes Taurine (for
vision and cardiovascular contractile strength); carnitine (for
cardiovascular contractibility); and vegetarian vitamins and trace
minerals to promote good general health, aid in digestion and
enhance immunity. With this food, you won’t be giving your dogs any
slaughterhouse leftovers and contaminated animal parts filled with
hormone residue – it is comprised solely of whole vegetables and
added nutrients essential to proper health for dogs of all ages.
Low in mineral ash and magnesium, this hypoallergenic formula does
not contain any artery-clogging cholesterol, antibiotics or other
unwanted extras that are in meat-based foods, so you’ll know that
your dogs are getting the very best option available. Available in
two flavors - Gourmet Entree and Vegetable Stew. Although they are
very similar in terms of their ingredients, many dogs do seem to
have a favorite flavor, so we recommend trying both to find out
which one they like best. 13 oz. cans are $2.95 each, or save 10%
when you buy 12 or more cans for only $2.65 (flavors can be mixed
for discounts on 12 or more cans!)
**NOTE** - This product is non-returnable due to the finicky nature
of some of our canine friends, so we recommend ordering just a can
or two to start as we cannot accept back any cans under any
circumstances. Most dogs adapt to a vegan diet quite well without
any problems, but we always recommend having a licensed
veterinarian monitor your dog’s health while making the transition
over to ensure that they are maintaining optimal health while
changing to a vegan diet. We are not veterinarians and cannot offer
medical advice regarding cats and issues that may arise on a vegan
diet, so if you have questions or concerns regarding this please
contact your veterinarian as they can best assist in this area. In
addition, you can also contact the formulators of this food
directly at weisman@qwest.net if you have additional questions
regarding the nature of the formulation and any special dietary
considerations you may need to address. We can only share
information that is stated by the manufacturer regarding their
products, as we are neither animal nutritionists nor the creators
of this item.

I have a Springer Spaniel mix named Snoopy who will be 16 this month. I put her on Evolution several weeks ago. Within 3-4 days she ran around the house for about 5 mins like she was a young dog! I did not initiate this behavior and she has repeated this a number of times. In addition, I have a Very steep and Very long driveway that she runs up. I am VERY pleased with this product and she Loves to eat it!
