My hair is naturally dark brown and had several treatments of black dye over the course of a couple years. I used this product to get my hair to a platinum blond! (I also used the virgin snow dye of the same brand). It took me 3 bleaching sessions over the course of a few months to get from black to platinum, but it was well worth it! I also left it in for the maximum amount of time recommended.

I was hesitant to get this because everyone said it was runny. I didn't have that problem. I've been dying/bleaching my hair for about 5 years now and I turned vegan a couple months ago after being vegetarian for two years. This is better than any of the non-vegan hair bleaches out there. DO NOT use the entire bottle of developer though. It will be runny if you do. It comes out extremely well if you only use about 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle. It did burn a little more than non-vegan bleach but you get used to that burn anyway when you bleach your hair.

for some reason, this bleach didnt work for my black/dark brown hair. i left it in for 2 hours, and the color barely changed. i then tried quick blue by loreal and within about 30 seconds my hair was almost white! so... if youre one of the weird people who is unaffected by flashlightning like me, try quick blue with 40 volume!
