These have a licorice flavor that was off putting on first bite. After a couple of bites I really liked it. It is a great snack for when I need a quick energy boost at work. A little expensive but well worth every penny.
Great ... great ... great :o)

The flavor was pretty bad; a combo of bitter and sour.

These are very dense and filling. Great if I am hungry but can't eat for a few hours. Love them for hiking, biking. Much better than the protein bars out there that more closely resemble candy bars. No blood sugar spikes, and tasty. The inside is dark green, but I can't taste any spirulina.
