The description provided by Vegan Essentials says one only need add water to the mix to make these biscuits, but the directions on the package says that mayo is a necessary ingredient (as opposed to providing "an added zip"). We tried making the biscuits w/out the mayo and they were bland, dry and not good at all. For the next batch, we'll pick up some vegan mayo and hopefully they'll be a little better.
