I would recommend it. Just a word of caution that the pills are quite large. I prefer to take half at once so it's easier to swallow. You can easily break them in half with your fingers.

Supplementing your diet with vitamin A and beta-carotene can lead to megadosing-that is, taking in more than 2,500 IU of vitamin A or the vitamin A equivalent beta-carotene. When you get more than that amount from supplements or vitamins, it doesn't serve its purpose as an antioxidant. In fact, it does the opposite and oxidizes tissue, which causes DNA damage. So keep your vitamin supplement dose to 1,500 to 2,500 IU a day.
