Good, Not Great.

Two out of three ain't bad...the creamy filling is delicious, the chocolate coatings is fantastic, but the cookies themselves are a bit dry and almost dusty in consistency. I'd still reorder these, but a tweaked cookie would make these fantastic.
Very good!

I love the thick chocolate coating. I have to keep these in the freezer so that I don't eat them all at once! They are expensive but delicious. I would recommend making the sandwich creme "double stuffed"
dangerous!! try not to eat all at once!

So yummy! Definitely difficult to not eat them all.
Good!

If like Oreo-like cookies, you will love these. Since I have been vegan so long and have had less "layered" sugary sweets, these seem almost too sweet. But they are good. Like another reviewer said, just one is pretty rich.
Dissapointed... : - (

I like Liz Lovely Pretzels - think they rock. These cookies are a huge dissapointment though - I had the original flavor.
The chocolate coating is so thick that you can not tell what you are eating. You can see the white line of the cookie - but all you taste is the fudgy chocolate.
After eating one - which is extremely rich - well that is probably the only one you will be able to eat in one sitting - since it is so super rich. I will give them that - they are rich.
You only get about 8 cookies too. But again - spend your money on the pretzels or on just chocolate or fudge because you will not be able to tell that it is a cookie buried under all that fudge.
Maybe they can take off half the chocolate or more - so we can enjoy the chocolate as well as the cookie? Liz, please change this recipe. : - S
