I have used it to enhance the flavor of soy bacon strips cooking them in the pan. Made a great bowl of Daiya "cheese" grits with "bacon" crumbles and just a bit of this grease in it.

So bacony!! I like to spread a dab of it on toast and then dip into some Vegg. It is coconut oil, so it is very temperature finicky. It kept liquifying in the cupboard and all the wonderful crystals would settle at the bottom. (it is Summer now) Kept in the fridge, it solidified into a granite block. Couldn't really find a happy medium. But I will so definitely order it again! Worth the price!
So, Where to Begin...

This stuff was surely sent from the vegan gods. I have used it to make vegan bacon popcorn, bacon cheddar sauce, baked potatoes... going to attempt cornbread soon. Now, seeing as it's coconut oil, it cannot be used at high temperatures, so don't try to use this for deep frying. Highly recommended.
Just like Bacon without the pig!

Recently I made the statement that anything you can make, I can make better because it's vegan - except for bacon, there is no substitute even close to that ...Well I was wrong! Magic bacon grease is the exact taste and a healthier fat form of what we knew and loved once as meat eaters! Imagine this drizzled lightly on your spinach salad, or use it to fry up some tempeh crumbles to make your own healthy bacon bits!
Yes, Yes, Yes!

Ok, "grease" sounds gross, BUT, it really is MAGIC. It smells like bacon, tastes like I remember bacon tasting (it's been a looong time)but it has a much lower smoking point than other frying mediums. If you try to actually fry anything in it alone, it will burn. It's better to fry or saute' in vegetable oil and then add the bacon grease at the end to flavor whatever your cooking. You can make a grilled cheez on low and spread this on the outside for a great flavor, or a grilled BLT was pretty tasty. Perogies sautéed in earth balance and then bacon grease added at the end worked great. Hot bacon salad dressing over spinach salad was good, I tried making biscuits and gravy with it, the taste was good, the texture wasn't.
