I LOVE this product !!
#1. It is in a CAPSULE,my pregnant stomach can't handle anything less,or I get queazy.
#2. It doesn't make me burp up vitamin taste(or burp at all),or make me pee dark yellow.
#3.I called Country Life and was happy to be told that because this product is vegetarian AND kosher
it is also VEGAN.I don't know why they don't label it so though.
#4. The only slight downer is that you are supposed to take 6-a-day,but I couldn't even find another
VEGAN pre-natal CAPSULE anywhere,so I don't mind taking the extra vitamins.
