I love this for sauces, soups and even ice cream but it's terrible for whipped cream. Disappointing in some applications I've tried, but overall the best "cream" on the market.

If I could only review one product on this website, Unsweetened MimicCreme would be it!
It is a main staple in my refrigerator and pantry. I use it wherever I would use cream, sour cream, milk, yogurt... in cooking - both sweets and especially savory items. Makes a great gravy, vegan soups, sauces... and adds that special
tang in baking...
I have not tried the sweetened but will be doing so to make icecream.

I've only used the unsweetened to make alfredo sauce and it is amazing.
Other reviewers have indicated it's not good if you use it in non-cooking applications or for whipped cream.
