I have been vegetarian for more than a decade and was delighted to find a decent "chicken" bouillon that worked as a substitute in recipes. These cubes are my favorite, hands down, and I travel across states to get 'em.

This is a staple in my kitchen. The best broth I've ever tasted. Importantly, when anything goes wrong in my kitchen.. soup isn't coming out right, gravy is bland, something needs a little flavor-- this is my go-to. It fixes everything!

So, we use vegetable broth for most everything - but there are some recipes that just do not taste good with a traditional veg broth IMO (split pea soup, cabbage soup, potato soup, etc). These rock! They taste awesome, are vegan and gluten free! We buy them all the time, especially the Not Chick'n. Thanks for carrying them!
