Terribly mouthfeel and weird flavor

I had one of the Crispy bars. One of the nice things about chocolate is how it melts at body temperature and you get that smooth melty mouthfeel -- this chocolate lacks that completely. It's almost chalky. The flavor reminded me of cheap chocolate, like a hollow easter bunny. It didn't really have crisp in it either - some squares had none, some had one or two. I gave pieces to my friend and husband, and both were grossed out. I would not buy one again.

The texture of this bar is different than the highly processed chocolate I was used to, but I soon realized that I love it! It tastes pure and honest. This bar is not junk food, but health food. Expensive but worth it.
