melts in your mouth

The chocolate frosting is buttery and smooth, holds its shape, and doesn't dry out. Makes cupcakes that look and taste good.
THE KIDS LIKE IT
From Jen of Staten Island, New York on .
My children enjoy this icing. Every one likes the vanilla and can never tell that it is organic. However, when I use the chocolate people say they can tell. The company does make a chocolate fudge icing that is much better. Maybe this website would consider carrying it. I use organic butter wich has to be melted in order to mix the icing. I suggest putting the icing back in the fridge before frosting and do not leave the cake out because it will melt.
don't add too much liquid

very good icing!
careful!

the flavor was good for this icing, but you have to be careful: substituting margarine for butter means it will melt and separate faster (something not taken into consideration by me).
... in other words, don't let your frosted treats sit out :)
this is especially true of using non-hydrogenated margarine, since it is a little softer.
Wonderful flavor!

I decided to try the chocolate icing mix because I wasn't satisfied with the tofu icing recipes. I wasn't disappointed! I added a little too much liquid, but after a few minutes in the refrigerater the icing firmed up nicely.
Highly recommended!
