I like the consistency - nice and thick, but still gooey. It was great as a topping on chocolate coconut-milk ice cream, and is delicious as a dipper for apple slices.
Tasty, but not exactly the same...

I like it, but it's not like caramel. Nice in coffee, and it'll be tasty on desserts.
