It is very watery and I didn't feel like it had a lot of caramel taste when added to coffee. It just made it sweeter like adding sugar.

it's too thin and too sweet for me. i have a tummyache now...BUT it is good- it'll take along time to finish the bottle though, wasn't what i was expecting. it's worth a try though. maybe not work almost 11$though
