This reminds of me of the cheap supermarket milk chocolate treats I used to get as a kid. Albeit higher quality, it's a very mild and sweet chocolate bar. All to often, vegan chocolates are too dark and bitter for my tastes. The Couverture bar hits the spot!

This is the best vegan chocolate bar i have ever had (that is just plain chocolate). Hands down. It should be said, i do not like dark chocolate.

I am pretty impressed. I haven't eaten milk chocolate in a long time, and this sure tastes like what I remember.
No weird topnotes or aftertaste. Just plain, ol' milk chocolate taste.
