I love vegan "cheese" products that are made from nuts. The product is much less processed that vegan cheese made from soy and rice. I think this vegan parmesan is top, number one, of the products available in its class. I have been using this for ac couple of years now on pasta, sandwiches, salad-- thank you!

I love Parmela's parmesan. I've tried to make my pesto without it and the sauce is just gross. This cheese just makes the pesto absolutely delicious. Love this stuff on sandwiches and pizza as well. It has a slight kick to it that's unexpected and appreciated.

The color is not what I would have expected; the color is not bad just different. What really matters is the taste and that is really good! Each bite of my pasta that had this on it was better for it. I would certainly buy it again!

Maybe I got a bad batch, but based on reviews, I looked forward to trying but found the flavor to be a little bit bad and not like a Parmesan. I usually use Veggie Parmesan from Galaxy Nutritional (also offered here on VE) because it's as tasty as any vegan Parmesan I've ever tried, but the price is also good. I just used this Parmesan up in an Alfredo recipe to "get rid of it" and am reordering my go-to brand.
