Good for nothing

I got this product based on the good reviews on this page and I've been using it for a few weeks now. It gives me a slight headache and sometimes "currents" in my legs, but has zero effect in terms of helping fall a sleep! The recommended dose is 10-15 drops. At times I increased the dose to 30 drops, i.e., 2-3 times the recommended dose, and it still had no effect! It could be that it affects different people differently, but my experience has been bad and I don't recommend getting it.

My spouse often has a hard time falling asleep at night because his mind races, and he can't stop thinking. I got this Sa-To-Ri formula for him to try, and like the reviewer below suggested, I mixed it with some calming herbal tea (decaf, of course) and gave it to him before bed. He was sleeping like baby an hour later. He doesn't use this stuff every night but instead 1-2 times per week. When he feels like his brain is going to be especially active on any given night, he'll nip it in the bud by drinking some tea with 15 drops of Sa-To-Ri in it. It really does work.

I bought Sa-To_Ri-7 because I find it very difficult to get to sleep these days. I was a little skeptical esp. since there were no other reviews for this product. However, I mixed it w/my tea about half an hr before going to bed and I went out like a light! I am actually having dreams...I haven't had dreams in years! And it doesn't seem to have any lasting "groggy" effects when you get up in the morning! I am sold and highly recommend this product! Dulce sueno!
