Not enough heat
From Anonymous of Igo, California on .
I feel this is a waste of money because you have to use a lot at a time to taste any heat. It tastes like vinegar and garlic mostly. It is very pricey for not even being fully organic. It is better to buy a small bottle of organic hot sauce where you only need a couple of drops to taste the heat. Im disappointed and would not buy this again even if it were on sale
Love this sauce

This sauce is spicy and delicious. My husband and I use it on everything. The commercial sriracha at the grocery store has so many chemicals in it. Love this organic version!
Not Hot , Not tasty
From Anonymous of Chandler, Arizona on .
Bought this a COSTCO I usually buy the Huy Fong Food brand. I'm look to try new sriracha Sauce. So I bought the Sky valley brand. It has some heat and a hint of garlic. I think that this could use a lot more garlic and a little more heat. It says they are using cayenne pepper> If they are they used to little. I'll wait for their new and improved sriracha Chill Sauce some time soon. Till thenit's Tuong ot Sriracha.

Better than anticipated!

I never thought I could give up my life-long addiction to the classic Sriracha sauce I love (the kind they serve on table-tops at Asian restaurants), but I've now become addicted to Organicville's version! It's healthier--much healthier, and the taste is pretty damn awesome.
