Ingredients: Non-bone char cane sugar, water, corn
syrup, acacia, carrageenan, cornstarch, real strawberries, pure
vanilla extract, locust bean gum, soy protein hydrolysate, organic
confectioner’s sugar, sea salt
**NOTE** - Marshmallows may melt a bit in high temperatures in
transit (usually high 80s and above). If marshmallows arrive
melted, simply refrigerate for a few hours to have them firm up
again and they will be completely fine (a bit mis-shaped at worst).
Having them melt in transit does not make them any less edible, but
it is a risk when shipping to areas that are high in heat, so
please keep this in mind when ordering. We recommend cold packs
and/or expedited shipping (if your order is expected to take more
than 2-3 days to reach your location), which will help reduce the
chance of any melting in transit.

Strange flavor

I love the flavor of all other Sweet and Sara products but these tasted weird. They didn't taste like strawberry and had a strange chalky or powdery taste. I was disappointed.
Off texture and flavor

I really didn't like those. they didn't really taste like strawberry and their texture was not like marshmallows...

Absolutely delicious! The last order of Sweet and Sara vanilla marshmallows I had didn't taste quite right, but the orders I had before it were great so I decided to take a chance on these new strawberry 'shmallows. I'm glad I did. I hate fake chemical not-really-fruit flavors. These have a very authentic strawberry taste, and these chewy/fluffy bits of yumminess were definitely up to the usual Sweet and Sara standard.
That being said, it's interesting eating a marshmallow and getting strawberry seeds stuck in your teeth. :-)
Perfectly sweet

I was afraid that, although I love strawberries, I would not like these because strawberry-flavored treats tend to be too-sweet. I was so very wrong.
Sweet enough to be a nice treat, not so sweet that it overpowers the very authentic strawberry taste, nor cause your whole mouth to collapse in on itself.
The strawberry flavor is perfect, just like a nice strawberry jam.

So good. I have to control myself so I won't end up eating the whole package in one fell swoop. I do wish there was nutritional info on the container.
