This is great stuff, its a powder that you can add to tofu for a tofu scramble or do a little food science and make your own round yoke!
The directions say to mix it with water and then add to tofu scramble, I say nay.
Pour the powder directly on the scramble, it will give it that thick egg taste indistinguishable from actual scrambled eggs.
Ditch the turmeric, this is much better :)

Two more days and counting until my order arrives - been without Vegg for awhile and am having withdrawals. LOVE to dip toast in it and I buy Amy's frozen tofu scramble with hashbrowns and I LOVE pouring some on that. I think I use a little more powder to mix in with the water because I like it nice n' thick! I am going to try to puree some tofu, fry it in olive oil and then pour the Vegg mixture in until it's warmed. I'm hoping it will be close to the entire egg experience. But anyway, I cannot WAIT until my Vegg arrives!

I have had the best french toast since I got The Vegg. It's delicious and easy to make. My non-veg husband loved it too, and we can't tell the difference from a real egg. I have also made a yummy quiche and a vegan cheese with The Vegg. Thank you for this product!

I can't believe it is vegan!! Hubby and I are hooked. Delish drizzled over fried potatoes and to dip toast into. Egg yolks WITHOUT the awful thought of what you're actually eating!
