I love this stuff. It is so quick and easy to make. I normally make a breakfast burrito out of it with hot sauce and guacamole. Heat in the oven for a crispy crunch. Or eat plain as a side dish it is so good.

I feel off of the vegetarian wagon for some years. I just started back and was SO upset to find out that my local Whole Foods Market stopped selling it. Don't you just love it when a privately owned company sells out to the corporate "devil"? Thank God that this site sells it!
