Just like I remember!
From Kayla G. of Racine, Wisconsin on 8/22/2014.
I was short on time the morning that I made these, so I went the easy route and prepared the mix the quick way and then used the drop biscuit method and they were PERFECT! They tasted exactly like the warm and fluffy biscuits of my non-vegan youth and my vegetarian fiance absolutely loved them. I think I'll be ordering several bags next time. Thank you, Mom's Vegan Kitchen!
Like the olden days

These are really good! I didn't care for them the time I made them plain, but that definitely could have been a result of not cooking them properly. They are absolutely perfect when I use them to make chik'n and gravy over biscuits, which was a favorite meal of mine pre-vegan. They also worked really well for making mini potpies. These are a definite staple in any vegan pantry!

I made the 'drop' version since it was the easiest recipe. It calls for a little more 'milk' than the other versions. The results were excellent--light, fluffy. Not hard, not too dry. Very nice flavor.
Good Biscuits - Great Cinnamon Rolls
From Troy W of Hopkins, Minnesota on 5/30/2013.
The biscuits are quite good, everything you'd expect, soft, but a little flaky (in a good way). There's a recipe that came in mine that you can use to make cinnamon rolls, and those are excellent! I use this mix mostly for the cinnamon rolls.

I have made these biscuits twice and simply amazing. The directions are easy to follow, just keep on eye on them once you stick them in the oven so as not over bake. I enjoyed the next day just sticking them in the toaster for a bit!!
