This was so delicious. It's creamy and salty and just yummy. I miss macaroni and cheese and alfredo, and this fills a huge void in my vegan diet. My husband is an omnivore and he scarfed this down.
Tasty but salty

I found that 5 cups of liquid was too much, and would cut back at least a half of cup next time. When the sauce was mixed with the water, it tasted far too salty to me, so I added several cups of steamed veggies to this at the end and mixed it all up. That made it absolutely delicious. Next time, I'd probably add some beans, tofu or tempeh along with the veggies to add more protein and make it a one pot meal. Tastes great, but I only gave it 4 stars because of the salt.
better than hamburger helper

when i wasn't vegan i loved- LOVED!!- hamburger helper's stroganoff. it was always a weakness of mine even when i became vegan. i tried this stroganoff and it is amazing! it might actually be better than HH's kind. not to mention after comparing nutrition labels... yikes! this is great. 5 stars completely.
NON VEGAN BOYFRIEND

I have submitted a review before but i wanted to submit another one. My boyfriend is a staunch carnivore and when i cook this i am lucky if i get any. I have to make rice to get this to go further! He can eat the whole bag in one sitting. He LOVES it to say the least.

I just ordered more of this product tonight because it was so good the last time I had it. It seems to be out of stock pretty often. I wanted to order it the last two times I placed an order here, but couldn't. I guess the reason why is because it's so dang good. Leahy Gardens is probably the best kept secret among the vegan community. They may not be known by many people, but they produce some of the best products of all time.
