Ooh! So close! :P

I was thrilled when I saw this product listed--until I read the ingredient list. Yellow #5? For real? I prefer my food without petroleum based artificial color, thanks. Guess I continue to do without butterscotch bits a while longer. *sigh* SO disappointed to see yet another vegan product containing nasty "artificials"!
decent vegan alternative
From Anonymous of Minneapolis, Minnesota on 7/8/2014.
These are a good vegan alternative, but I don't think they are as flavorful as non-vegan butterscotch chips. They taste more sugary than butterscotch like, and their flavor gets somewhat lost in cookies. I also wish they had better healthier ingredients. Still they are decent for vegans who miss butterscotch chips.

I love these. I made peanut butter marshmallow squares with them and they were excellent. I've also made butterscotch chip cookies with them too, which were also good.

Used those with oatmeal cookies, yummy! My daughter has dairy allergies and this were just fine compared to the past review on here.
Great for baking

These have a nice rich flavor. They melted nicely for a traditional family recipe.
