These were just plan bad. Very sponge like and flavorless. definitely not worth $7. For $5 you can get Delight Soy patties that taste more like chicken and cook up really nice. I don't think I will this brand again.

These are as good as chicken if you know how to prepare it. I loved meat a lot, but due to health reasons I became vegan. Treat this like a piece of chicken and stew it as you would regular meat. You will be surprised.

Positive Rating Positive Rating Positive Rating Positive Rating Negative Rating Very good breaded and pan fried
From of Rocky Mount, North Carolina on .

I add vegetable broth and let them simmer for 10 minutes longer than the package suggests. Then I press them a little to get excess mositure out, dip them in olive oil and then breadcrumbs. I add a little olive oil to a fry pan and cook the fillets for a couple minutes each side. I serve with roasted carrots and potatoes for Sunday dinner.

After the fillets were reconstituted they did look pretty gross, so I breaded and pan-fried them and they were really good. As a matter of fact, I am buying them again.
