Just Bad
From gerard robledo of san antonio, Texas on .
These were just plan bad. Very sponge like and flavorless. definitely not worth $7. For $5 you can get Delight Soy patties that taste more like chicken and cook up really nice. I don't think I will this brand again.
so disapointed :(

tasted lika a wet dish-cloth... don't waste your money!
Good Value if you know how to cook it
From T. Isaac of Bay Shore, New York on .
These are as good as chicken if you know how to prepare it. I loved meat a lot, but due to health reasons I became vegan. Treat this like a piece of chicken and stew it as you would regular meat. You will be surprised.
Very good breaded and pan fried
From Maria Votava of Rocky Mount, North Carolina on .
I add vegetable broth and let them simmer for 10 minutes longer than the package suggests. Then I press them a little to get excess mositure out, dip them in olive oil and then breadcrumbs. I add a little olive oil to a fry pan and cook the fillets for a couple minutes each side. I serve with roasted carrots and potatoes for Sunday dinner.
Pretty good!
From Sharon of Miami, Florida on .
After the fillets were reconstituted they did look pretty gross, so I breaded and pan-fried them and they were really good. As a matter of fact, I am buying them again.
