Sorry, I'm a big fan of Cheeke's and Brazier's (I actually feel kind of guilty leaving a bad review) but this DVD is really not very good at all. It seems like it was shot as an amateur home video and isn't very informative. Cheeke's and Brazier's websites are great and highly recommended - just go there instead (www.veganbodybuilding.org & www.brendanbrazier.com) and skip this purchase. Your $20 will be better spent putting it towards purchasing some Vega products and you'll be much happier for it.
To be completely fair, I am reviewing this DVD without having watched its entirety (I gave it a chance but could only take about an hour or so).
