I couldn't believe how much the golden and brown gravies dressing up "stuffing and mashed potatoes". It added a really great dimension in flavor and texture. It was so good that I accidently ate the envelopes I was going to bring to Thanksgiving dinner with my family!

So, I bought two of these packets to go w/ the cranberry and sausage filled field roast. My mother insisted she do all cooking for our family dinner so I gave her my stuff and let her do her magic. When she handed me my plate and after I dug in, I immediately had to spit it out and cry, "You sabatoged me!" I truly thought it was REAL chicken gravy. I almost had a heart attack.
After munch convincing and inspection of the pot she made my gravy in, I concluded that this is one damn good vegan gravy.
