Pretty decent stuff.
From Kristen Brennan of Hawi, Hawaii on .
Like many vegans, I've been on the hunt for yummy mac & cheese for years. This stuff was good, more like a plain white sauce than anything cheesy but the texture was right. There was not a lot of macaroni included but there was plenty of sauce even after it thickened up so I threw in a few handfuls of veggies. If anything, in the future I'll probably just buy the sauce mix so I can control the ratios (and use WW mac) for easy weeknight meals for the kids.
Great Replacement for Kraft!

Perfect quick and easy weeknight meal! I've tried the gluten free and regular, they are both great!
yummy but I could just use nutritional yeast
From Candice Rose of Staten Island, New York on .
It's good but if you're looking for that boxed mac and cheese flavor you remember from pre vegan days, this isn't it. If you've made your own cheese sauce from nutritional yeast, it probably tastes a lot like this.
Try it, you'll love it

I love the gluten-free version. It's delicious, lower calorie and has a great nutritional profile for how easy it is to make. We add peas, flake red pepper, chopped tempeh, chopped tofu pups, spinach, sundried tomato, mushrooms and/or jalapeño to change it up. Peas and maple "bacon" tempeh is a favorite combo to add.
Fantastic!

Used heated, plain soy milk and mixed in powder and cooked in the microwave several minutes stopping every 30 seconds to stir, then mixed with cooked noodles and added some tumeric to make it more yellow. It was wonderful and delicious!
