I like it!
From Marjorie Darby of Toronto, Ontario on .
I bought this on a whim, and thought it was a good parmesan alternative, right out of the jar. My husband (not a vegan) turned up his nose, with extreme prejudice.
So, I made pasta for myself, with a sauce consisting of olive oil, a bit of vegan margarine, garlic, some herbs, fresh-ground pepoer, and a touch of salt, plus Galaxy vegan parmesan. It was excellent, so I offered some to my husband. I had to take the fork away from him, and he said he'd eat that dish anytime.

I really loooove this product! I use it to make garlic bread and sometimes add it to pasta.

Not Crazy About It
From Anonymous of Noho, Massachusetts on .
The taste is okay - not fantastic, just okay - and I thought that the texture was grainy. Not worth buying again, in my opinion.
Used to Be Good; Not Anymore
From Jeremy of Skokie, Illinois on .
I used to love this cheese alternative topping, but the recipe seems to have changed drastically for the worse.
