Honestly I was pretty nervous but with some pepper and garlic powder, this is like 95% of the way to full gluten dairy Mac and cheese!

How do people eat this? It is so freaking sweet it's almost inedible. Texturally it's very impressive but the flavor is very very sweet. Its insane how it even got past testing. I love Amy's but I'm confused on why they would do this to us.

Why would you change something so amazing.... the original recipe was my favorite thing ever... i would give it to non vegans and they loved it too, not having a clue it was vegan... this new recipe is NOT it and i am so disappointed
