Pretty good
From Christine L of Houston, Texas on .
This is good! I liked it. I would buy again on a whim. I find a lot of amy's frozen foods very hit-or-miss. I thought the picture was a bit deceiving. Once opening, you'll see the lasagna is a lot flatter and doesn't have that much filling. But decent for convenience foods.
Doesn't resemble box pic.

Tasty, but does not resemble the thickness as shown on the box. It may be 1/2" thick actually, not multiple layers as shown. Little too salty, for us who choose to limit salt.
I want more.

I tried heating this lasagna, but my oven doesn't work. I would eat frozen bits every now and then, but it still managed to taste delicious. I recommend it.
Love It!
From Anonymous of Atlanta, Georgia on .
I haven't had lasagna since my husband last made it MANY years ago, so I was cautiously thrilled to find that Amy's had a vegan version. Tried it, LOVED IT, and have bought LOTS of it since. After I first found it, it's about all I ate for dinner for a week. Mind you, this is coming from someone who has craved lasagna for years, so those who've been eating it all along may not be quite as thrilled, but I really enjoy it.
Lasagna To Go.

I don't have the time and can't make lasagna. So... Amy's with Daiya Cheeze? Yes Please! Something you pull out of the freezer that you can feel good about :)
ok
From Richard Rankin of La Plata, Missouri on .
I thought this was just ok in taste. The cheese wasn't nearly as good as some other alternatives, but the eggplant and sauce were ok. It has far too much salt and fat, though, and far too little herb seasoning.
The lasagna comes in a little rectangular tray with an over-wrap on it. My lasagna didn't even half fill the tray, but I didn't think to weigh it, so don't know if it was meant to be so small, or a production error.
On the plus side, you can microwave it in 5 minutes.
Not perfect, but very good

These are very enjoyable lasagnas! It's not perfect and would be better with normal pasta instead of rice pasta, but the tomato sauce is excellent, the cheese is very similar to mozzarella and the stuffing is very good.
Vegan Lasagna

I really enjoyed this. So glad they have a vegan lagagna option now. Granted, it is much cheaper to make your own lasagna, but for the times when convenience is important, this is very tasty.
Not that great
From Jessica of Wildomar, California on .
It's... edible. I've gotten it twice before, and I just finished it for the second time right now. The cheese is not like real mozzarella cheese at all. It's too goopy and liquidy. It doesn't really hold any shape or form like real cheese, if that makes sense. You'd probably be better off making your own homemade lasagna.
Decent taste

I don't care for the peas in the pasta bowl that Amy's has, but this satisfies the impulse cravings for a somewhat cheesy pasta dish. I suggest cooking it a bit longer than suggested. That slight charring gives the dish more of a bite.
680 mg of sodium
From Linda Lee Balkin of Richardson, Texas on .
Listen,I want to buy this, I really do,but the amt of salt in it means I can't I don't know what the manufactures need to know besides the fact that the public is overweight, with High Blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. Can you companies give us a breat?? I only buy Amy's products that say Low Sodium and they are listed at HIGHER PRICES. COME ON GIVE US A BREAk. If we drop dead there will be less vegans buying your food.
