Surprisingly good!
From Cynthia Lopez-Pena of Grand Rapids, Michigan on .
My main issue with this product is that there are no clear instructions, other than to keep frozen.
I played it safe and cooked it lightly in a pan. I pulled it apart and added a little oil, seaweed flakes, and aminos, and it turned out great! The texture wasn't quite as "flaky" or as firm as canned tuna, but it was close enough to satisfy my craving. I did notice that the longer I cooked it the more the texture changed so watch out there.
STRONGLY encourage the manufacturer to add preparation instructions.
Fake Tuna
From Anonymous of East Orange, New Jersey on .
I personally did not like the taste or the seasonings in this product. It didn't taste like tuna to me at all. I do not recommend this product.
