Best used on hair!
From Anonymous of Pittsburg, California on .
I have enjoyed perfect health fir many years. No blood pressure problems etc. I wanted the healthy aminos in my system, so bought some last night & I just spooned a little in. Well, I woke up in the middle of the night numbed on my left side, and one tear fell from my left eye! Hair conditioner is said to work wonders with these aminos so keep them on the market for that purpose! Just my opinion...
Very Versatile

I don't use a lot of salt at all when I cook really - I use other herbs instead. But sometimes you just need a little salty flavor.
Bragg's is not really like a liquid salt and it also is not like a soy sauce. It definitely has a different taste all its own.
Sometimes you need to use salt or soy sauce for the right flavor with what you are cooking - but most of the time this does the job - especially with its distinct flavor.
I add a little to a no-salt or low-sodium soup to make it yummy. : - )
PS - invest in buying it in the spray bottle container or put it in a little bottle with a sprayer. You will use sooo much less this way and then it is super easy to use and lasts forever too. : - )
It's the REAL thing, every bit of it!

While I'm not surprised that such goodness can come from such goodness 'Soy', I was surprised to find out that BRAGG'S with No Salt was so absolutely identical to the over salted ones. I had some tonight for the first time and really appreciate the break in the sodium pitch. WOW and what a taste indeed.
Serves the purpose well

To be fair, I have not done any research on this product (see previous comments). I don't add it to anything when cooking, but I do use it in place of the small packets of sauce that come with most convenience foods in Japan. Instead of the packet (which contains fish) I give it a couple sprays of Braggs. Not sure I would use it in large amounts, but works well in small quantities when added to food after cooking.
Two Thumbs Up

I highly recommend this product! It tastes especially wonderful on steamed veggies, potatoes and rice dishes.
