Cherrybrook Kitchen's gluten free chocolate cake is amazing, and I get complements from people who don't know its vegan, GF. So I was disappointed when I tried the GF yellow cake mix. It was dense, and dry. Not the moist, fluffy yellow cake I was craving.

I made some delicious cupcakes out of this. Keep in mind that if you want a double layer cake, you need two boxes. I only ordered one, and decided that cupcakes would be better than a sad single layer.
