Vegan, Chewable, Tolerable Flavor
From Joy B. of Dallas, Texas on .
I have a hard time with swallowing pills, so I’ve been taking (delicious) gummy vitamins for as long as I can remember, but sadly, they all seem to include gelatin. Thus began my search for a vegan multivitamin that I didn’t have to swallow whole, and I found these! I got the raspberry flavor, and they’re alright. The disks are pretty powdery and dissolve quite easily, so don’t dwell on them or take big breaths and you should be fine. The vitamin quantities in these are different than my old women’s gummy vitamins (100% B12 vs 300% B12, as an example), but I’m glad they at least include iron. I’ll probably buy these again.
Good stuff

Kim, sorry you've had a bad experience..personally the organge flavor is too strong for me but I like the reaspberry. Even that is not your traditional mainstream food "over-powering sugar and raspberry flavor" most of us are used to..I love the vegan and purity aspects..I'd suggest drinking something you enjoy, sweet soymilk, orange or grapefruit juice, etc, we you chew up a pill, in case the flavor isn't one you're used to.
While I used these sparingly (I try to get 2/3 or more naturally and then use vitamin and mineral pills as a true "supplement" to get me over 100%..) they are a "staple" I've relied upon from veganessentials for many years..these and the B-12 and Super Cal/Mag from Freeda
Tastes Gross

I'm sorry but these taste gross. I'll be trying the other brands now.
Great multi!

I throw these into smoothies. My kids have sensory issues and are fussy about the taste of vitamins. I've found that I can throw these into the blender w/smoothies and they mix in really well! I've tried to do this w/other tablets and they don't dissolve as well. I suspect they are more easily digested too!
Yummy

I like these, as does my 4 year old. They are not too sweet, but tasty enought that my daughter asks for hers every day.
