Purchased several "No Evil" products on a whim and they did not disappoint. 'Comrade Cluck" is perfect right out of the package for sandwiches. The texture is pretty much spot on for a satisfying mouth feel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Love that the wheat gluten ingredient is non-GMO.
