Kinda remind of like Celentano omni rav. Much better than the walnut variety, though not a super strong taste. Would buy again if I couldn't find Kite Hill or even Rising Moon.
These are great, but be careful with your saucing options. I made a garlic, white wine and mushroom sauce that ended up clashing a bit with the flavor of the walnut ravioli. Best to have a nice mild sauce that doesn't compete flavor-wise.
Best ravioli I've had. Both fillings are amazing. Texture, flavor, consistency all get an A+ from me!
Really really good "ricotta" flavor in the Cheese ravioli. Served them to meat eaters and they loved them too. I have used red sauce and pesto, they taste great with both. A definite staple for the freezer for quick delicious meals.
