I quite enjoy the Leahy soups, this one is pretty good but the potatoes tasted like fake potatoes.. I guess since they were dried? Still a good soup that is quick and easy to make and serves a ton of people. I believe I added some fake meat to the soup as well as "bacon" bits that made it more substantial of a soup. Would buy again!
