Delicious
From Cate of Lakeville, Massachusetts on .
I shared one of these with a friend months ago and neither of us could believe how good it is. It’s rich and dense but not in a heavy way. It’s not super sweet either, which I prefer. One average-sliced slice each was very much enough for us.
Just wow.

I don't like normal cheese cake. Way to cheesy and just doesnt feel like it should be a dessert. Well I figured what the heck, I like chocolate and we are trying new things here......I can not believe how chocolate and good this is!! My daughter loves it, niece loves it, and I even got my brother in law to try it and he likes it! It was so smooth and just so good! Gonna be a regular in the house for sure. It may seem a bit small but it is so rich it definitely lasts! It is suppose to be 4 servings but we ended up making it 8 slices like a pizza and that was fulfilling enough!
Yum

These look small out of the box, but a serving even satisfies a big guy like me. I'm almost glad these aren't cheap, or I would order them buy the dozen... This had a really pleasing chocolate-bitter flavor to it and the chocolate cookie crust is also good. I'm a fan and can't wait to try the Key Lime flavor next.

Omg.... this is my first store bought plant based cheesecake and wow! I've made my own before and it was decent. Very rich and creamy.. took me a bit to finish cause it really is so rich! My hubs loved it and he is not even Vegan like me. Though for the price I do wish it was a little bigger. Blink and its all gone :P
Very Satisfying

I've now tried the chocolate and New York cheezecakes from Daiya. I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate one. It's less buttery than the New York version because the chocolate cake has a cookie crust and the NY version has a graham cracker crust that probably lets the buttery flavor come out more. While the NY version is tangier, this one was more cocoa-bitter but in a satisfying way. It was still sweet and tangy. I actually prefer this cheezecake only because I'm satisfied with 1/8 of the cake (as opposed to 1/4 of the cake, which is the serving size). With the NY version, the lemony and buttery flavor makes me crave much more of the cake. Kudos Daiya for your cheezecake.
